Our shipping costs for orders are based on the weight/size of the order and destination. Please place you order through our call center for accurate shipping calculations and totals. Orders placed through Internet service are subject to higher charges according to online shipping charges that apply.

- Packages cannot be tracked through USPS. Therefore we will not be able to process any refunds 90 days from the actual shipping date for lost packages.
- The shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges.

Can I use WaterOz logo, labels, or products for display outside my regular business location, such as selling products at a health fair or trade show?
Because of strict copyright laws, written permission must be obtained. For any use of our company name, logo, label, letterhead, etc. we require an agreement in writing. (©1998 - 2010 WaterOz All Rights Reserved Printed in U.S.A. The design for this material and logo is protected by U.S. copyright law. Purchase of these products entitles the buyer to display the unaltered labels, bottles, and products within the business/office/retail store at the shipping address listed on the account only. If you wish to reproduce this design in any medium of display or for resale either inside or outside of the business location, written permission is required from WaterOz. WaterOz cannot be responsible for human error or printing error). Please call us or e-mail to request the necessary information required for such permission. Not all requests will be approved and WaterOz reserves the right to refuse any request.
